Clinical Supervision & Staff Support

Many individuals and teams in fields such as psychotherapy, social care, mental health and criminal justice find benefit in having the opportunity to reflect on and process their work in a safe and containing atmosphere. This has many benefits, including more effective practice, higher job satisfaction and decreased staff burn-out.

To provide for this need, BIP offers clinical supervision and staff support both to teams and individuals. Sessions can be arranged at a time to suit you and can take place on your premises or at an independent location.
