BIP Residential Training Workshops

Birmingham Institute for Psychodrama announces the 2009 and 2010 five-day residential training workshop series

Dates:

29th April - 3rd May 2010
11-15th November 2010

These workshops provide an opportunity for people to participate in psychodrama while living in a residential setting. They are run jointly with the Oxford School of Psychodrama and Integrative Psychotherapy.

Typically, psychodrama trainees will direct and have their work processed under the supervision of approved psychodrama trainers. Up to two trainees may have an external assessment of their directing.

There are seminars in the evening and an optional social event.

Times: Thursday 5pm until Monday 5 pm.

A residential event counts as 50 psychodrama training hours. Certificates of attendance are given to evidence continuing professional development, where needed.

Fee: £485. Fee includes full board, accommodation and workshop fees.

Venue: The ASHA Centre in Mitcheldean is a handsomely restored Georgian building which is the base of the inspirational ASHA Foundation for Peace and Understanding. There are splendid gardens and walks through the adjoining Forest of Dean.
