THIS WORKSHOP IS FULLY BOOKED
The full title of this open weekend is 'Couples, Families, Intimacy and Connection: Maximising Person-to-Person Encounter with Psychodrama.'
Open workshops are open to everyone over age 18 (no prior experience of drama, therapy or psychodrama is required).
This weekend will include psychodramas, theoretical input and processing. We will focus on the central importance of interpersonal encounter within psychodrama and life in general. Such a focus lends itself to an exploration of how we relate to other people, how comfortable we are with closeness, and whether there are any areas we wish to develop in order to achieve greater satisfaction in love, life and relationships. As Tian Dayton has observed, relationships can be a powerful stimulus for growth. True intimacy demands more of us than any other experience; it calls us to stretch and grow where it hurts the most.
