Trainee Weekend – The Role of the Auxiliary.
J.L. Moreno observed that the more roles we have available to us in our role repertoire, the more spontaneous we can be. This weekend will include psychodramas, theoretical input and processing; we will look closely at the role of the auxiliary and the functions it serves with regard to the protagonist, the group and the director. We will also consider the different types of auxiliary role, and how playing auxiliaries can be beneficial and developmental for group participants. Venue: Woodbridge House, Moseley, Birmingham. With Susie Taylor and Clark Baim.
Trainee weekends and are open to diploma or certificate trainees from any psychodrama or sociodrama training school, or people who have prior experience of psychodrama and who are considering training in psychodrama. In contrast to open weekends, where registered psychodrama trainers and practitioners facilitate the sessions, on trainee weekends the psychodramas are directed by registered diploma trainees, under the guidance and supervision of an approved trainer. |
